Tablet continues to crash and reset itself while trying to update. This has been going on for over a month. Is there going to be a fix for this anytime soon?

Go to Settings --> Backup and Reset. Do it and try.

I reset my system and my update problem still exists. This really sucks. I am currently
trying to diagnose a Ford and my power balance keeps on logging out. I can see that
there is an update for that, but I cannot update. This is ridiculous. I should've bought
the Snap On Verus. Lesson learned.

Hey were you able to get this figured out? If so how were you able to fix it? My unit started doing the same thing this morning.

Yes. Apparently we're not supposed to use the"Update All" option as this seems to
overload and corrupt the software. So I had to do a factory reset and update the
manufactures that I wanted one at a time. I recommend starting at the bottom of list
and saving BMW for last. My unit has been working perfect since. Hope this helps!
